Every class is coached, every programme is written down, and nobody will shout at you. Try them all in your first month.

Strength

The backbone of the club. Squat, hinge, press, pull and carry, taught properly and loaded slowly.

A coach sets each lift's weight with you, based on how the last session went.

Conditioning

Rowers, bikes, sleds and ropes in short intervals. Hard, then over. Scaled for everyone in the room.

Boxing

Stance, footwork and combinations on pads and heavy bags. A great workout, with no sparring and no contact.

Gloves to borrow

Bring hand wraps if you have them; we sell them at the desk if you don't.

Mobility

Slow, deliberate work for hips, shoulders and spines. It helps with the other three, and with sitting at a desk.
